The equity in real estate of the defendant was transferred to the plaintiff. Reports Filed r Ttie final report was filed for t|je Mary Lewton estate by administrator Richard D. Lewton, showing that the deficit of the estate had been met through the contribution of heirs. The final report for the Frank Coppess estate showed that the real estate was the proper inheritance of the widow, Minnie Cbppees, and that proper distributions had been made. ‘ Report of sale of personal property of the Mary Hendricks estate was filed by executrix Pearl Major, revealing the sale netted $759.93.
