Rev. Heiman Picks 300-Voice Chorus Chorus To Sing At Cleveland Parleys The Rey. Lawrence Heiman, son of Mr, and Mrs. John E. Heiman. Decatur route four, and instructor in music at St. Joseph's college, Rensselaer, announced that he has completed his selections for a SOPvoice national high school chorus which will wing In Cleveland at the convtntlopH of three national Cath ollc educational assoc hit ions, March 25-30. j, 4 The three groups are the national Catholic music educators aaaociaf ~1 lion, Catholic business educators association, and the Jesuit edueSr tional association Father Heiman, on the national board of directors of .the NCMKA and also executive secretary of that group's Indiana unit, was appointed at the November meeting of> the NCMEA national board to organize the chorus, which was originally intending to be of 200 voices. Father Herman said that he had received about 700 Applications to his request for high school students to sing in the chorus.'
