I — (UP) — A Minneapolis attorney got permission from Governor Schricker yesterday to examine state prison; records concerning D. C. Stephenson's parole. The attorney. Frank J. Warner, asked Schricker only two questions. according to Arthur Campbell. the governor's secretary, who attended tbe halt-hour conference. - Warner asked why Indiana wanted the onetime Ku Klux Klan leader extradited here, and Schricker told him Stephenson's case was being handled "Just like any other l>arole violator."
