Younger spoke on a resolution proposed by the United State*. Britain and five other countries which would have all UN member* earmark units of their armed force* for use by the votoies* general as sembly against aggressors when a veto paralyse* the security council. VHhinsky has objected to the western resolution on ground* that it would undermine the security council and would “explode and crush the charter from tup to bottom."
