The bride is the only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Martin F Gallmeyer of route one, the groom Is - the youngest son of Mr. and Mrs. Martin Ostermeyer of near Ossian. Mrs. Otto Buesking of Fort Wayne organist, and Miss Bon Kaade, vocalist, also of Fort Wayne, presented the musicale. Miss Kaade sang "Take Thou Their Hands and Iz-ad Them." "The Lord Is My Shepherd." “Prayer-Perfect.” "The Lord’s Prayer" ~by Malott*. and "Hear Our Prayer. Oh Lord." Mrs. Bueaklng played Wagner's “Lohengrin” as the bridal party entered the church, and "Midsummer Nights Dream," by Mendelssohn, for the recessional. The bridal gown was fashioned of Chantilly laee and sheer marquisette. The molded lace hodice was highlighted with a marqul sette yoke edged with appliqued lace. The cap sleeves were accented by matching lace mitts, ami the bouffant skirt of the lace and marquisette extended into a cathedral length train. Her fingertip veil of French illusion was held with a cloae fitting bonnet of Illusion covered with lilies of the valley. % O 4 The chancel of the-Trinlty Evangelical United Brethren church was beautifully decorated when Miss Barbara Elaine Roop walked down a white carpeted aisle at eight o'clock Saturday evening to exchange wedding vows with Frederick Steiner in one of late summer's lovely weddings. A blanket of green Ivy covered the altar. Hanked with large baskets of white gladiolus and arrangements of palm, and seven branched candleabra held tall white cathedral tapera. The Rev. John I'hamhers per formed the double ring ceremony by candlelight. The full lace skirt which fell from the fitted bodice', was accented with a lace peplum which draped from the waistline in front over the floor length satin skirt and dipped in back to form a cathedral train. A Purijgn hat of satin and lace held her fingertip veil of French illusion. She carried a colonial bouquet of white Starlight poses tufted with white maline and i showers of white satin streamer- . tied with lover's knots. Mrs Kenneth Watkins attended as matron of honor in a gown of white taffeta fashioned with a fitted bodice and bouffant skirt I The bodice was detailed with cap sleeves, a net yoke and peter pan cellar.
