Aa a fund raising agency, the Decatur Community Fund, eliminate* frequent and varioua drive* during the year. In fact, nearly •very public drive, except for the Red Croaa, is incorporated in the Community Fund. The seal and •tamp campaigns are not considered in the light of public drive*, since participation involve* only purchase of the emblems sent to prospects. Giri and Boy Bcout activities, which every good community desires to support, youth and recreation programs, the Adam* County Cancbr Society, Salvation Army and other approved youth and health organizations are all wrapped up in the one campaign. Decatur people have signified their sup port and approval of the Community Fund idea and it should be their aim to expand Its Service* in the city.
