Elchorn, incumbent, defeated Kenneth Hlrachy. employe of the Central Soya Co ta this city, for joint senator from Adams. Wells' and Blackford counties with a majority of 1.830 votes, carrying all three counties. Edward E. Liechty. Herne Republican, will oppose Elchorn ta the November general election, and Ervin Fox.
