Christ Amstutz Dies At North Vernon Herne, Dec. 29 . — Word was re- ■ reived here yesterday of the death Monday of Chris Amstutz. 96. retired farmer who lived near North Vernon. He was a native and former resident of this community and has several relatives here His wife and nine children survive. Linlnger theological seminary located in the same city, where he received his • B D degree. He served fur several years In the Erie conference of Pennsylvania in the Methodist church Just recently he was transferred to the state of Indiana and at present Is the associate minister of the First Methodist church.
