Capehart-Jacobs Debales Are Set Butler Fieldhouse For Opener Monday Indianapolis, Dec. 8. —(UP)— 1 The Capehart-Jacobs debates. 1 scheduled for seven Indiana cities, will open here Monday night In Butler fieldhouse, which has a possible seating capacity of 16.00*. The debaters’ respective party state chairmen announced last t night the completion of arrange meats for the first debate between Sen Homer <'apehart, who will uphold the Bepublican position on Socialism, and Rep. Andrew- Jacobs, who will atgoe on the Democratic side. The debates, taken on a state-' wide tour at Jacobs' suggestion.
