The sponsoring organization is composed ot residents of Adams and Jay counties and is the outgrowth of a c ommittee formed several years ago with a view to eventually making a lake near Geneva in this couaty. No definite at lion was forthcoming from the meeting, but plans were continued to keep the group active In an effort to get state support for the project. —— One really Christian never delights In telling of another's downfall.

The Franklin was hit when she tried to enter Shanghai but no one aboard was injured. Yeh warned that any Isbrandtsen shiiut trying to enter Shanghai in the future would have "rough going."
