Two Slightly Hurt In Auto Accident Arrests Are Made On Traffic Counts Two person* wore injured slightly as the result of an accident Wednesday, two others were arzested and fined in justice of the peace court*, and another man was Involved In a traffic sklrmlnh with an unidentified driver. Swift was charged with Improper passing at an intersection Damage to the Hoss car was estimated at |25; to the Swift car at 115. and to a clipped highway sign at |5. Sheriff Bowman alao urrerted Arnold Weidler. of route 1. Berne, for failure to stop at I’. S. highway 27. Weidler was fined fl and cost*, totalling 11255, in justice of the peace court in Herne. Dickinson Alberson, route 1. reported to police that he started to make a right turn at Fourth and Monroe streets when his car was struck by another car passing on the right side.
