Calland Speaks Al Soybean Field Day To Inspect Plots West Os Frankfort J. Ward Calland, managing director of the National Soybean improvement council and a member of the board of trustees of Purdue University. will be one of the major apeakera at Indianan soybean field day to be held one mile west of Frankfort Tuesday, Sept. 20 Inspection tours of 50 soybean plots will be one of the features of the day. Calland, working In conjunction with extension services in the soybean belt states, has made an extensive study of soybean production methods in the last few years and has edited several publications covering farmer's practices.
