Investigate Crash Os Private Plane Body Os Pilot Is Not Yet Recovered Chicago, July 18.-MUP)— CAA inspectors today investigated the craslpof a two-rcater plane piloted by Wilbur F Moore, 53, which went down off a Willmette, (111.) beach while Moore wax stunting before a crowd of 7.0<t0 bathers. A witni told police of the North Shore suburb that Moore was flying "very low" and making “sharp turns with his wings almost touching the water." Moore, a plumbing contractor, lost his flying privileges for nine months last year when the CAA found him guilty of "flying low over crowds.” The Wilmette coast guard said his body had not been recovered.
