Chrlsi. n today planned to appeal to the Indiana supreme court a decision yesterday by Whitley circuit Judge Lowell Pefley that denied Christen a lecond trial for a 1915 murder. Christen wu convicted last April of the murder of Mr*. Dorothea Howard In March. 1915, at Fort Wayne. He received a life sentence. Stolen Ohio Truck Is Found Wednesday A stolen Ford pickup truck was found In the Stratton Place addition Wednesday by the city police. The truck belonged to Ruehen Brackney, of Ottawa.
