Rundle, United Press manager for Germany. He sped in at 1:45 a. m. at the head of the parade strung out 110 miles to the Helmstedt checkpoint at which the Russian barriers were removed at one minute after midnight. At 5:11 a. >m. the first train from the west puffed in past Soviet military headquarters at Potsdam and to the Charlottenburg station in the British sector. It was a combined Anglo-Ameri-can 12-car train, the U. S. section of which left Frankfurt yesterday morning. It made the run from Helmstedt in less time than the Germans expected, and it took some time for a crowd of 200 to gather and cheer the passengers. After the express came a freight,
