NURSES ASSOCIATION ' IN MEETING FRIDAY The Adams County Nurses association met last evening at the Earl Adams home with Miss Marie Felber as hostess. Assisting hostesses were Mabie Dauler, Linda Townsend, Juanita Baumgartner, Irene Hoffman and Isabel Fuelling. A brief business meeting was held following which games were played and a delicious luncheon was served. POT-LUCK SUPPER SERVED THURSDAY Officers, escorts and chairmen oi the AVomen of the Moose enjoyed a pot-luck supper last evening at the Moose home. Many interesting topics were presented and discussed, following which delicious candies were served by the hostess. During the business meeting, the group voted to purchase candelabra I for the church, and to also have a rummage sale Saturday morning. March 26, from eight thirty to twelve o'clock in the church basement. The meeting was then closed with prayer. A silent auction was later conducted and games were played. Johnson will observe their golden wedding anniversary Sunday with open house at their home on route .. Monroe, from one to font o'clock in tire afternoon, and again in the evening from seven to nine. The celebrants were wed on March 19, 1899 in Monroe- township, and have made their home in Adams county since that time. They have three children, Mrs. Wilfred Ray, of Fort Wayne; Rolla Johnson, Jackson, Mich., and Floyd Johnson, Fort Wayne; seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren. The couple’s many friends and neighbors are invited to attend the reception. i
