Man Arrested For Reckless Driving Ernest C. Hindenland, of Decatur route 6, was arrested Saturdcy night by city police on a charge of reckless driving. He 'will be arraigned at 4:30 p.m. today in justice of the peace court. State Jaycees Head Speaks Here Tuesday B. L.
