Rev. Allwardt will assume his new duties with the first edition of 1949. He succeeds the Rev. Henry W. Hartenberger, of St. John's church, Monroeville, who held the i post for six years. Central District News is circulated in Indiana. Ohio. West Virginia and Kentucky, by the Missouri Synod of the Lutheran church, which numbers 100.000 members. Rev. Habegger of Berne, have just graduated from Indiana Technical College at Fort Wayne. Herman was an honor student and received the degree of bachelor of science in electrical engineering. Plans Concert Os Christmas Carols Berne, Dec. 14 — The BerneFrench high school a capella chojr will give a concert of Christinas carols- at the First Mennonite church Sunday evening at 7:30 o'clock. The case was complicated even more last month when the Allen county grand jury indicted two other men for one of the murders Lobaugh confessed. Robert V. Christen, Denver, and Charles D. Dodson, Memphis, will be arraigned here Monday for the murder of Dorothea Howard. In addition to the Howard slaying, Lobaugh also confessed killing Wilhelma Haaga and Anna Kuzeff.
The three murders ot/curred during 1944 and 1945. Schannen granted prosecutor Alton L. Bloom’s request that the Dodson-Christen hearing be completed before the Lobaugh hearing in April.
