Pleads Not Guilty To Reckless Driving Carl Barnett, of 558 Studebaker street, will be tried for reckless driving Monday noon in the court of justice of the peace Leo L. Maxwell, Portland. Barnett pleaded not guilty to the charge when he was arraigned Wednesday night. He was alleged to have forced a car from U.
