The meeting was called to order by Delores Graber. Pledges were led by Mary Jane Steury and Barbara Haugk. Roll call was given on a “favorite fruit.” Miss Miller answered questions and talked on the county fair and 4-H camp. A duet was given by Irene Schwartz and Delores, songs were led by Pauline Rupert, and the meeting was then adjourned. Games were played and refreshments were served to all members present. Union Pals The Union Pals 4-H Club of Union township held its last meeting August 3 at the Immanuel Lutheran school. The meeting was con- ' ducted by the president, Evelyn , Gerke. Roll call was answered with “What I enjoyed at the fair." Eleanors Laker jtave a demonstration on "How to set the (able.” A special feature was given by Shirley and Ada Ixiuise Wass.
