Juice of « lemons. Juice of 4 oranges, juice of 3 limes. 2 cups sugar. 1 cup mint leaves. 4 quarts pale dry ginger ale. 2 quarts carbonated water. Combine fruit juices, sugar, and mint leaves; mH thoroughly: chill. Just before serving, add ginger ale and carbonated water Float thin lemon and lime slices that have been studded with a whole clovo for a party touch. Recipe makes 34 servings For a different kind of iced tea. try it spiced: Spiced iced Tea 3 cups boiling water. 1 teaspoon whole cloves. 1 tablespoon broken cinnamon bark. 2 tablespoons black tea. M cup lemon Juice. H cup orange Juice. Sugar to taste. Pour water over spices and tea. Let steep for five minutes. Strain, cool, and chill. All remaining ingredients and serve In glasses filled with chopped Ice. Garnish with mint leaves and a lemon slice. Make your own ice cream sodas Chocolate Ice Cream Bods 3 tablespoons chocolate syrup. Carbonated water. Ice cream. Add a little carbonated water to syrup and stir Add as much ice cream as desired and fill glass with carbonated water. To give your soda that “soda fountain" look, garnish with whipped cream and sprinkle with chipped chocolate or top with a cherry. Use large glasses for sodas. Other refreshing beverages that can be made with ice cream are made by mixing: 1. Root beer with ice cream. 2. Cola drinks with ice cream. 3. Any flavored soda pop with ice cream.
