Two Police Radio Permits Cancelled Action Protested By Col. Rossow Madison. Ind. June 9—tl’P* — Col. Robert Rossow superintendent of Indiana state police, today criticized the federal communications commission for camelling radio permits of police departments in two Indiana cities.
