PYTHIAN NEEDLE CLUB IN MEETING The Pythian Needle club held it* regular meeting Monday evening after Temple. During the business meeting, conducted by Mr*. Mabel Striker. Mrs. Velma Porter read an article written by Iva L. Kirurn. The ladies were then invited to the dining room, which was beautifully decorated with large baskets of spring flower*. The table* were arranged in an M shape for the month of May. and were decorated with large vases of flowers and tall tapers. The committee Included Fern Byerly, chairman. Gailie Bittner, Ada Martin, and Margaret Price. Bingo was later played and prizes were awarded the various winners.. The negt meeting will be held June 11 with Velma Porter as chairman, assisted by Ellen Butler. Anna Butler and Olive Butler. The Baptist Philo class will meet at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Vln•ent Parker at seven thirty o’clock Friday evening. t The Aeolian choir will have Its annual dinner-dance Thursday ‘Vening at six thirty o'clock at the Bluffton country club.
