FIREMEN'S AUXILIARY ENTERTAINS AT DINNER The Firemen's Auxiliary entertained at a six-thirty o'clock dinner Thursday night at the fire station for their httxbands and guests. The guests were Mr. and Mrs. John M. Doan. Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Heimann, Leland Frank, Bob Shraluka and John Hoffacker, state conservation officer. The dining room and tables were decorated with green and yellow paper. Yellow taper > andles and flowers decorated the (aide and dining room. The firemen wore their new uniforms. After the din ner. games of cards were played and pictures were taken of the group at the tables. Moke Contribution To Cancer Society The Itecatur Rainbow Girls and Eastern Star lodge have contributed |IS to the Adams county cancer society ax a tribute to the late Mrs. Helen Bcmebtuke. Rossville, who wax mother advisor to the Rainbow organization in Indiana and also a past worthy grand matron of the Eastern Star lodge In Indiana Mrs. Bonebrake died recently from cancer and the local groups decided to make a cash contribution to the cancer society fund rather than to make a floral tribute to their leader.
