Ala., May * —(UP) - Mounting primary ciactkm return* showed today that Alabama voter* had re-elected a U. 8. «*■* tor, unseated two of nine tneombent congressmen and endorsed an all-out fight against President Truftian and his civil tight* program. Ren. John J. Rparkmah defeated I Gov. James E. Folsom's candidate. Philip J. Hamm, by a wide margin Rpurkman had a majority of over 10* #OO vote*. Hamm conceded defeat. Reps. Carter Manasco and Fete Jarman were unseated a* their other seven colleagues gained renomination. Carl Elliott. Jasper attorney, defeated Manasco and Fidward Degraffetireid of Tuscaloosa won over Jarman. Jar Wan has been in congress since 1938 and is a member of the house foreign affairs committee. Manaeco was elected two years later. Returns showed that the state's vote for 11 electors will be cast against President Truman, if he I* nominated on the Democratic ticket.
