Decatur Jaycees Name Committees Junior C. Os. C. In Meeting Wednesday Three committee* were named Wednesday night at the city hall in a meeting of the Decatur Junior Chamber of Commerce. Robert S. Anderson has been named chairman of the publicity committee, with Tom Lutes and Walt Sittman as the other members. John McConnell is chairman of the project committee, with Ned Johnson. Robert Ashbaucher. Sim Hain and Robert Theobold as the other members. chairman of the program committee is Meredith Cline. Other members are Arthur Heimann and Norman Steury. By-laws and constitution of the newly organized group were adopted during the molding last night. Robert Ashbaucher, representative of the Jaycee committee in charge of that project, reported that the organization will assume the responsibility of raising funds for the establishment of the scholarship memorial.
