TERMS OF SALE: The purchaser of said real estate is required to pay at least one third of the purchase price on the day of sale and the balance of the purchase price upon delivery of deed to the purchaser for the real estate purchased together, with an Abstract of Title for the real estate purchased brought down to date showing a title free of liens except taxes for the year 1947 which are due and payable in the year, 1948. This farm is located one and three fourth miles west of Kirkland Township High School and one half mile north and one and one half miles east of Craigville. The seven lots in Corysville are at the northeast corner of the farm. Scouters To Meat Here This Evening The meeting of Adams county Scouters, announced for Wednesday night, will be held tonight, at Decatur junior-senior high school at 7:45 o’clock with Robert Gregg, Chicago, deputy regional executive, as the principal speaker. x There will be a general round- ( table discussion following Mr. h Gregg’s talk and the 1948 program of Scouting for Adams county will be discussed.
