Several Celebrate Birthdays Today, Friday The 13th A casual survey today disclosed a number of persons who are celebrating their birthdays in the customary manner, despite the fact that the occasion falls upon a supposedly unlucky day—Friday the 13th. For instance, there’s Gary “Corky” Coffee, husky young son of the city policeman officer Adrian Coffee and his wife. Corky’s five today and that’s the important thing to him, not the fact that it is the unlucky day of days. Phil Sauer, Adams county’s new highway (superintendent, is another Decaturite marking his birthday today. He’s 56, it was revealed after a little subtle questioning.
