her guardian for the aged man. The eaae was tried in Adams circuit court on October 9 in a full-day court session. It was of unusual interest since the defendant apparently chose to conform to the plaintiffs wishes and sat on her side of the courtroom throughout the proceedings —at one time shouting at the attorneys originally scheduled to represent him. D. Burdette Custer was counsel for the plaintiff, while Myles F. Parrish and C. H. Muselman opposed the plaintiff’s action. In the replevin suit of Jesse Clark against Harvey Riesen, ap-|l pearance for the defendant was en-
tered by Ferd L. Litterer. The divorce suit of Dorothy High against Robert High was dismissed by the court upon motion after testimony disclosed that the parties had cohabited on the day the action was filed. 0 RAMADI ER WINS (Continued from Page 1) preceding the scheduled vote of confidence. The search party today was made up of 24 forest service men. 15 state policemen and a number of local volunteers. The land elev- , ation is about 6,000 feet at the Sceue of the wreck. Last night, officials connected , with the search reported, apparently without confirmation, that all aboard the plane were dead. Hamilton Field, Cal., authorities reported receiving a message from Oregon adjutant general Raymond F. Olson that read: "It is not necessary to put out any flights tomorrow. The wreck of the governor’s plane has been found and all aboard were killed. The bodies will be brought out tomorrow morning. Your offer of assistance is appreciated.” The Civil Aeronautics Authority quoted state highway patrolmen as saying that “all aboard the plane are dead.” These and simitar messages were suddenly “retracted.” 1 o r NOTH K OF FINAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE NO. «XO« Notice is hereby given to the creditors, heirs and legatees of Charlies W.
