Juvenile Held For Accessory Thefts A 16-year-old Blue Creek township youth was arrested by sheriff Herman Bowman late Tuesday in connection with the theft of several motor vehicles accessories. The youth, whose name is withheld since he is a juvenile, was charged by the sheriff with dealing a storage battery, a set of wrenches and a pair of fog lights from a tractor on a farm near his home.
