Litterer in the Adams circuit court this morning made entries in several cases set for this, the last vacation day •f the court. Judge Litterer dismissed a citation proceeding against Robert Scott and set a petition for a modification of a court order for September 13. A petition to modify a decree on the custody of a child in the divorce action of Richard against Ruby Vela was to be heard by Judge Litterer later this morning. Several other minor entries were made. Judge J. Fred Fruchte, regular jurist of the court, will return to the bench next Tuesday for the opening of the September term M court.
