Little Nancy Sue Kreischer served as flower girl in a gown of pink net over taffeta, trimmed with blue ribbon bows. She carried a basket of rose petaks. '• Harold Miller served his brother aS' best man. and Lester Miller, brother of the groom, and Richard Gehres, cousin of the bride, ushered the guests. The men in the bridal party wore white aeter boutonnieres. L The bride’s mother chose a black sjieer with black and white accessories for her daughter’s wedding, while Mrs. C. C. Harmon, aunt of the groom, wore a black crepe dress, trimmed with wliite, and black accessories. Both had white aster corsages. Following the ceremony, a reception was held at the country home of the bride’s parents for approximately one hundred and eighty guest* The bride's table, covered with' lace, was centered with a four-tiered wedding cake, topped with a miniature bride and groom, and flanked on either side by tall pink lighted tapers in crystal holders. The home was decorated with gladioli and other cut garden flowers. The Mesdames Orley Gehres, Charles Sheets. Arthur Gehres and i Mai vel Johnson, and the Misees , Peggy McClure, Ho Gribler, Mild- ; red Pierce served the guests. Mr. and Mrs. R. L. North of Hot Springs. Ark. were among the out-of-town guests. When the left on their wedding trip, the bride was wear-; ing a brown and white summer cilk frock, with -brown accessories, and the corsage of pink roses from her bridal bouquet. Both Mr. and Mrs. Miller are graduates of Wren high school. Mr. Milter has been employed by the Decatur Works, General Electric Co. The couple will reside temporarily with the bride's parents. REGIONAL GIRLS GUILD IN MEETING RECENTLY The Fort Wayne Regional Girls guild of the Zion Evangelical and Reformed church met at the St. Pauli’s church for their regular meetin* recently, with one hundred and fifty three girls in attendance. A miniature hat wa<s given each girl as a favor, and the church and parish hall, where luncheon was served. Were decorated in blue and yellow. Mrs. Arthur Princippe. of Huntington, furnished the organ accompaniment. The program was opened with the group singing “In Christ There is no East or West,” followed by special music by the Herne and Blufftbn girls guilds. inspirational '■addreSß was given by Mrs. ft. B. Sunderman of Fort Wayne Reformed orphans home, using as her theme "That They All May Be One.’’ The guild song “Follow the Gleam" was flung by the g*up, after which the candle lighting service was held. Installation services will be held for the incoming district officers, with a luncheon at twelve o'clock noon.
