Kelley, of Warsaw, and a native of Bluffton. The transaction becomes effective Immediately. The new owner is the son of a former Bluffton mayor and has worked in greenhouses In that city and in Warsaw. He is married and has two children, Martha Ann and Fat. They plan to establish a residence here soon. Mr. Kelly will operate both a wholesale and retail florists’s business and aspects to be open for business In about two weeks. The greenhouse has a frontage of 150 feet. No announcement was made as to the purchase price.
