Zimmer man. son of Mr. and Mrs Fred Zimmerman of Kirkland township, were united in marriage Saturday evening at six o'clock in the newly furntolied home of the groom In Washington township The Rev. Jake L. Hostetler of the Antioch Mennonlte church of the Brethren, reatl the marriage ceremony before an Improvised altar, flanked with baskets of white peonies and orange blossoms. Baskets of white roses ami orange blossoms were used as decorations throughout the rooms of the home. The bride's gown was of powder blue, fashioned with a crossed bo dice and side gathering. She wore a corsage of whfte gardenias, ami a white gardenia head i iece. The brlde'o only attendent was her sister. Miss Dorothy Burkhart, who wore an aqua suit and white accessories. Pink flowers in hei hair completed her costume. Robert Zimmerman served his brother as best man. mony. the gmstts were served in the dining room, decorated with large baskets of white roses The dining table was lighted with tall white tapers in candelabra, and orange ’ blossoms and a huge wedding cake were usetl as a centerpiece on the bride's table.
