Mauri Rose Is Winner Annual 500-Mile Race Indianapolis, May 31 • ! Detective Adolph Kraemer said a warrant charging forcible rape and murderous assault would he issued today against Scheut, whose arrest and alleged confession ended a house to house search for the girl's assailant.
Hotel Residents Complain Os Dogs Police chief Ehl Miller received a complaint this morning from residents of the Rice hotel that a number of dogs have been ant oying them every morning about 5 o'clock. The city does not have a dog catcher employed at present, so the chief agreed to assist in driving the canines away.
