Seven Surrender On Kidnaping Charges Members Os Alleged North Carolina Mob Jnrkiton. N. (’.. May 28.—(UP) -Seven white men named by the FBI as members of a moh that kidnaped a negro from hl* jail cell were free on 22.50 d bond each today pending their trial. Six of the men surrendered voluntarily to police chief Frank Outland of Rich Square last night after the seventh member of the mob allegedljF confessed to the FBI and Implicated them in the plot.
