Local Youth Fined In Van Wert Court Enters Guilty Plea To Assault, Battery Van Wert. ().. Jan. 17 (Rpeclal) Harold Froael. 24, of liwatur, Ind., was fined |25 and costs by M|iilr< W G. McKlddle In justice of peace court here today when he pleaded guilty to a charge of a**ault and battery. Police charged that Feasel entered a drug store in the viiI lage of Ohio City. Ohio last night and walketl around behind the counter, where he ntarted to upset candy lw>vs and books. Police said that when Joe Pollack, the proprietor, objected. Feasel struck him several time*. They charged he also struck several persons as he fled the store. Justice McKlddle showed the defendant leniency because he returned voluntarily to face the charge, because of hi* past record and the fact that he was recently discharged from the army.
