loft, whiio not ond tofoto drew; contor, block not and cropo; rifhf, frothy not drott for the dob. Three nilhouette* are favored for formal drewes thia season—the slinky draped look, the IMO bustle back and the full, romantic skirt. The wasp-waisled, bouffant skirted frocks, in great favor, are usually executed in frothy net. Texagon net. a new type which has a six sided honeycomb opening, 1 is much used because it prevents the threads from slipping and keeps the fabric from stretching when I haneins in the closet. The three models shown above use thia type of net. %ie white net and taffeta frock left has an icy look which is very elegant. The cameo neckline Is trimmed with a wide net ruffle with sequin flowers. A turned-back taffeta cuff at the neckline softens the front of the sleekly fitted bodice. The skirt is brightened by glittery snow flowers. Sophisticated black net and crepe are combined in the gown shown center. Gold sequin embroidery at the waist and on the capped sleeves add the necessary touch of sparkle. Frothy net dresses, like the one pictured right, are favorites in the deb set for dances and formal parties. The covered-up neckline trimmed with a beruffled flounce drops over the puffed little-girl sleeves. Gathered net makes the snugly fitted net bodice, and tiny ruffles are details of the billowy skirt. .(Intemationan
