Forty-five members attended the turkey dinner. National Guard To Use Camp Atterbury Indianapolis. Nov. 21—(UP)— Camp Atterbury, abandoned by the federal government, today wa* designated a permanent training center for the Indiana National Guard. Adj. Gen. Ben H. Watt aald the guard received formal right <»fentry from the army englneera In Washington. He added the state organization would establish headquarter* at Atterbury within two or three week*. Negotiations were still underway to establish headquarters and training grounds at Atterbury for Ohio National Guardsmen.
