The meeting wax opened with Patsy Case reading the call to worship, and the group ringing ' America." Mrs R. O. Wynn offered the opening prayer, after which a short biudners meeting was conducted by the president. Eloise Jackson. Patsy Case and Marjorie l/iu Hill were welcomed into the guild as new tnenilH-rs. The- group then formed a circle, and each member gave a abort prayer. The meeting was closed with the guild ceremonial. During the social hour, the hosteases served delicious refreshments. NAZARENE SOCIETY IN MEETING RECENTLY The Nuzarene Y ling Peoplea Missionary society not recently at the home of Christine and Esther Andrews. FEDERATION SILVER TEA HELD FRIDAY A large attendance, Including memliers and guests, attended the annual fine arte festival and silver te a of the Adams County Federation of chibs, held Friday afternoon at the Methodist church. Mrs. Raymond Harrfxon of Monroe. well known chalk artist, entertained the group will, her work.
