Y.., were united In marriage at seven i thirty o'clock Sunday evening. June 30, in the St. Paul's Lutheran church In Preble. The Rev. O. ('. Busse read the double ring vows before a candlelit altar, decked with vases of American beauty nates, delphiniums and baby breath. The traditional wedding marches were played by F (). Bchtnlege, organist, who also accompanied Miss Evelyn Macke in singing "Oh Perfect lx»ve" The bride wor- an ivory-white brocade satin gown, fashioned with a fitted bodice, sweetheart neckline and long sleeves, ending in points over her hands. The long full skirt fell into a flowing train. A heart shaped bonnet centered with orange blossoms held in place her finger lip veil of Illusion. She carried an arm ’unique’ of white roses and forget-me-nots, tied in love knots of while satin ribbon, and wore a single strand of pearls. Her only attendant. Miss Dorothy Altmann, wore a gown of white Illusion, styled with a fitted liodice. tiny puffed sleeves anil a full skirt. ( Her white mitts were elbow length, and she carried an arm bouquet of American beauty roses. She wore a white veil of illusion attached to a Juliet cap. edged in sliver sequins. Her only jewelry was a single strand <f pear’s, a gift of the bride. Gerald Selking served the groom as best man, and Albert Selking and Arnold Bultemelei ushered. .Mrs. Selking was attired in a blue ami white frock with which she wore white aci-ivisories and a corsage of red and wtiite roses. Immediately following the ceremony a reception for ipproximately one hundred and fifty guests was held at the home of the bride's parents. A three tiered cake concentered the serving table, lighted with tall white tapers. White crepe paper streamers and lionque's of white hydrangea and roses decorated the entertaining rooms.
