Shoup, formerly grocery sales assistant, has been named grocery buyer, succeeding Rose, according to an announcement hy C. O. Talla. general manager of the company's Fort Wayne branch. Rose succeeds WiHiam Burn*, who recently was promoted to general manager of Kroger's branch in Madison, Wis. Leonard Douglas succeeds Shoup as grocery sales assistant. Rose started with Kroger as an accounting department clerk in St. Louis branch in 1923. and was named office manager of the company’s branch in Dayton, (»., in 1927.
