Former Berne Man Is Gunshot Victim Arnold Flueckiger Is Found Dead Saturday Albert Flueckiger, 81, foimi-i Herne resident, was found dead Saturday afternoon at a fox ranch near Jackson. Mich., where he wan employed, preziiinably of a iM-lf-infli< ted gunshot wound. FlueckigerV body was found iu a fur house at the ranch when he failed to appear during the dinner hour. A fellow employe alati-tl that he heard a shot during the forenoon but attached no significance to the report, thinking there were hunter* in the vicinity. Flueckiger had been shot in ipe forehead. A rifle was found several feel from hla body. No motive could be assigned for Flueckiger * apparent suicide, as he bad been iu good spirits.
