Dick Burdg Is Chief Engineer Os Company Friends of Dick Burdg. former Decatur resident, will be interested to know that .Mr, Burdg is chief engineer of the E. W. Bliss Co., world's largest manufacturer of stamping presses, rolling mills and can manufacturing equipment. The Bliss Co. at present is moving its general offices and principal factories from Brtwklyn to Detroit, where .Mr. Burdg Is in charge of a two million dollar building program. The former Decatur man has supervision of the construction of the new plants and moving of equipment. When the Detroit project Is completed, he will have charge of the const ruction of a new plant in Gary for the same concern.
