The court stated. “HOM EV ER, SEC 1 ION EIGHT OF a a THE ACT PROVIDES THAT THE PLAINTIFF IN AN INJVNC- a ■ TION SLIT MUST HAVE MADE EVERY REASONABLE EFFORT TO ■ ■ REACH A SETTLEMENT. THIS SECTION WAS NOT FULFILLED. COLLECTIVE BARGAINING SHOULD BE MADE WITH AN OPEN MIND. STRIC T COMPLIANCE IS MANDATORY. HE WHO FAILS a b LOSES HIS RIGHT IN COURT.” ■ ■ I ; Union Calls On Company To Bargain ; Local 924, United Electrical Radio & Machine Workers of America J again calls on the officials of the General Electric Company to bargain B in good faith with the officers of Our union. Other companies in the Elec- b trical industry have settled with their employees.
