Jan. 21.— <UP) — Th** Pearl Harbor Committee today launched a new xearch to determine whether a Navy war warning message was dispatched to Hawaii the night before the Japanese attack. Rep. John W Murphy. R . Pa., instructed Committee Counsel to make the new search in the light of testimony by Adm. Husband 1 Kimmel, who commanded the Pacific Fleet at Pearl Harbor at the time of the attack. Kimmel testified that the late Recvstary of the Navy Praijk Knox told him at Hawaii a few days after Dec. 7, 1941. that a message was dispatched frnm Washington ?be night of Dec. 4.
