In order that tmeh application might be considered the livestock, equipment, machinery or implements described shall be those used directly in farm operations conducted by the veteran on farm land in which he holds an estate, or any farm land to the use and occupancy of which he is entitled for a sufficient period to make a suitable crop (the latter right is to be evidenced by a lease.) Q. What is the interest rate on a guaranteed loan under this act? A. It shall not exceed 4 per centum per annum. Q. Does Hie Government pay any part of this?
