To make It, slice 5 or 6 medium size tomatoes and half a lemon; add 2 tablespoons of water and cook until nearly tender Drain and reaerve the liquid. Mix 1 tablespoon of corn starch with sugar to taste—about % cup. and a little cinnamon and salt. .Mix the tomato liquid, heat, and stir until thickened. Add the tomatoes and a little table fat. Pour tbe mixture into a partially baked pie crust, put on a top sheet of dough, and bake in a moderately hot oven. (375" Fl for about 30 rainutea or until the crust Is golden brown.
