Polish Mission Has Arrived In Moscow National Council May Be Recognized Jxtndon, May 31 H P)— Political observers said today that the arrival in Moscow of a mission from the newly-formed Polish national council may foreshadow Russian's recognition of the council as a provisional government of Poland In the place of the exile regime in London. The “recent” arrival of the mission was reported by the president ot the L'nlou of Polish patriots in Moscow In a statement distributed by the official Soviet news agency TASS.
