Ind., Feb. 23 — (UP) — President Roosevelt Is favored for a fourth term in a trade magazine poll of 4.000 army and navy officers. (Floorcraft magazine, ptfblfshed in Brasil. Ind, conducted the survey to learn the beat-liked presidential aspirant. Forty-five percent of the men wish ot see the chief executive re-elected. Governor Thoma , Dewey of New York comm the closest to approaching .Mr. Roosevelt'a popularity. But he han only 21 percent of the votes. Wendell Willkie, who unsuccessfully sought the office in 1940. la favored by 17 percent of the officers.
